12-1 PM: 2-in-1 Panel with Brandon Dayton: Art and Comics as a Spiritual Practice/Learning to Draw: Getting Started and Leveling up Forever

1:30-2:30 PM: Comics in the Classroom Panel w/Steenz, Ben Humeniuk, Rick Brooks, & Kevin Garcia

3-4 PM: How to Break Into Comics (Maybe a Few Times) w/Paul Benjamin, Lilah Sturges, Evan Narcisse, Rosemary Valero-O’Connell & Noah Van Sciver

4:30-5:30 PM: THE FUTURE WITHOUT YOU:  A Live Comics Performance!

OFF SITE: Live Art Show KOOP Radio Benefit! Saturday, 9-11 PM at The Brewtorium, 6015 Dillard Circle, Suite A – Artists from STAPLE! make art LIVE! Donate to KOOP and take some home!

SUNDAY

1-2 PM: Latinx Comix Panel w/ Ho-Seh Esquivel, Kat Fajardo, Rolando Esquivel, Hansel Moreno & Kevin Garcia

2:30-3:30 PM: Artists On Artists: In Conversation with Carey Pietsch and Ngozi Ukazu

4-5 PM: From Feathered Serpent to Santo: The Masked Heroes of the Americas:
     Comic book historian and educator Kevin Garcia tells tales of gods and monsters while digging through the history of Latinx superheroes!

IN THE EAST ROOM

Both Days 12-4: Activities with Pflugerville Library! Join Pflugerville Public Library for crafts, virtual reality,  and 3d printing demos. Craft a perler bead pin or magnet of your favorite character, play games,  and let the kids enjoy paper crafts.

Sunday 2PM: Zine Workshop! Learn about the zine scene and learn to make a minizine with Jennifer LaSuprema, organizer of Lone Star Zine Fest and director of Town Talk Library.
